Any tips for going to gym by urself without being embarrassed

i go to the gym all the time alone!!! if anything it’s aura gain bc u have so much discipline to lock in at the gym. like others said, having music helps and going with a workout plan! you can also start small with doing things like the treadmill to get used to the environment too

blast music in your headphones, they cant affect you if you cant hear them

Consistency, it took me trying not to cry to lock in 😭 I stopped working out & came back mostly going alone so I worked on form with some friends ahead of time and still do when adding new workouts, come with a workout plan, and wear clothes that make me feel confident

Honestly u rlly js gotta push through it and gradually just become consistent w time. I used to b tht girl who would circle around the gym and then drive back home bc my anxiety was so bad to step instead. But people fr aren’t watching u like tht and if they are it’s either to help u out, encourage u, hit on u lol.
