I see a ton of posts wanting weight loss tips so here you go Ive lost 35 pounds since the new year and 50 in total. It may not be super fast but I feel healthy! Read the comments

Stick with it! It took around 3 months of trying to finally see results and it’s been pretty consistent since. Slip up days happen occasionally but I just keep going. I don’t restrict and eat what I want in moderation I just measure or track it. A food scale is a must and I use the lose it app to track my food.

Edit: the three months it took was this attempt at losing.. I have actually been trying and struggling since I was 12 and I’m 21 now.. if I can do it so can you and I know I’m not alone in the lifelong struggle of trying to lose it’s hard

Self care and patience and being kind to yourself are so important!! I tried to lose for years and before I was just not in the right mindset. Journaling helps and taking time for yourself. You can do it ❤️

So here’s what I’m doing I’m in a 700 calorie deficit ( use an online calculator) and try to make my meals as balanced as possible and include a fruit or vegetable with every meal. I walk 8k steps on week days and 15-20k on weekends. I do yoga and gentle exercise at the gym. I drink at least 100 oz of water a day most days.
