Stick with it! It took around 3 months of trying to finally see results and it’s been pretty consistent since. Slip up days happen occasionally but I just keep going. I don’t restrict and eat what I want in moderation I just measure or track it. A food scale is a must and I use the lose it app to track my food.
So here’s what I’m doing I’m in a 700 calorie deficit ( use an online calculator) and try to make my meals as balanced as possible and include a fruit or vegetable with every meal. I walk 8k steps on week days and 15-20k on weekends. I do yoga and gentle exercise at the gym. I drink at least 100 oz of water a day most days.
