Any advice to lose weight im 5’8 and 170 I need to get down to like 125 for my goal

I think that 125 at 5’8 is too low of a weight. It’s not very healthy!

get a food scale and experiment a bit with homemade protein snack swaps you can make. having snacks / sweets that are macro friendly is most of the battle imo. fitfoodieliving on IG has a lot

for reference, i am 5’3 and sitting at 122 pounds with a slightly visible 6 pack. So 125 for 5’8 is WAY too low

Agreed, also body composition plays a big role like having thick thighs/butt makes you way heavier than having a larger upper body
