Now, how do I tone up effectively at the gym? Tips appreciated! Lost a lot of this weight with a lifestyle change, incorporating walking, and eating healthy but I don’t have a workout routine (I want one tho!!!)
Since you’re a women if you want to emphasize your legs I would do quads calves/push/pull/glute hamstrings. Just lookup workouts for those and you’re good! I do ab day on my upper body days and cardio on leg day but that’s just me

I weightlift and do PPL so push pull legs. You can probably find a in depth routine online or I can send you mine if you’re interested I’m just not a professional

I cannot recommend lifting weights enough, and lifting heavy. For looks but just as much for the mental benefits and overall health. Lifting heavy plus cardio is the best combo to increase strength while keeping lean and not bulking
