What are some really good tips for starting off in the gym? I didn’t really have access to one at home and I’m a freshman and I want to get in the gym to better my body’s mobility and my strength.

If you’re not sure how to do an exercise don’t be afraid to search up how to do it online. I found it helpful to watch TikToks on how to RDLs for example bc it can be embarrassing having to ask someone even though nobody is judging. Also mirrors are you best friend for having proper form

Also stretching is really important for preventing injuries and it helps with mobility
