
Avoid weight training. I myself am hypermobile & have realized that excessive cardio makes my hip pop painfully. So if you need light cardio: elliptical or bike, weight training: use machines, especially if you don’t have a spotter, anything else: do stretches and exercises on the mats. Planks, sit-ups, random a workouts, if you want some flexibility maybe try out some ballerina or gymnast stretches. Take things easy & learn your limits. You push yourself too hard and you will damage something.
