I want to lose my stomach fat. i’m 165 not fat but not skinny. I go to the gym mon-fri. Should i do mon, wed, and friday cardio? and then tuesday thursday ab workout with a little cardio? what should i do??

Calories in have to be less than calories out. Track your food and be in a deficit and you’ll loose weight. More cardio means more calories burned so either bigger deficit or you can eat more but stay in a deficit. Personally I do cardio 6-7x/week and weight lift 5x/week because I want to eat lol

Calorie deficit Strength 4-5x If your a beginner do walking cardio after each session On The Weekends still do cardio but double time

i have been going since august. i’ve been lifting weights and not much cardio so last week i started switching to less lifting and more cardio

If your doing five days of gym then I’d do two day split or three day split. If you wanting to focus on cardio do it three days a week and weights two days a week. Just flip for other way around
