Welcome!! I started by searching for workout routines on YouTube and TikTok that targeted what I wanted, and then as I got more comfortable in the gym started changing it up and finding what I like best. I think it’s good to understand that u can’t really “slim down” any certain part of your body, any workout that promises to target fat in a particular area is lying.
