Dark chocolate (like really dark 80%+) has been helping me so much! It’s been a week but when I want a sweet treat it’s a good little fix, also just get what you’re craving and fit it into your meal plan one time a week. Restriction can lead to binge cycles, it’s good to not just remove the things we enjoy (healthily) from our lives completely

green tea, caffeine, protein shakes, distraction, high fiber meals, nicotine, portioning craved food

I specifically love the hu with nut butters I feel like the flavor balances out more than just fully dark chocolate
