Does anyone have any good beginner gym workouts for weight loss and toning? I’m a bit introverted and awkward when it comes to public gyms but I’m trying to get better.

If you want to focus on losing weight you need to do cardio>lifting. Do treadmill, elliptical, stair master first, and incorporate some light weights for toning. But it’s better to lose the weight and then go for toning and muscles. If you start lifting before losing the weight it’ll be harder
