can someone give me advice on my routine? i’m 5’8, 180 lbs, and trying to cut down to 150ish (the link at the top is a 5 min stretch i do before every workout)

I can say that cardio in its various forms will help get weight down and increase muscle mass. I see you’re using machines a lot if that for space? Weighted walks w incline works charms. In general do those workouts but consider heart rate and find your zone to initiate body fat burning. How long are you resting in between sets? That’s viable info because you can rep more with less weights and have a greater effect for both fat burning and muscle mass building

I like doing 15-30 minutes of cardio after my workout to burn some calories. Also half the battle to losing weight is what you eat, so make sure you track your calories. I use my fitness pal.
