this happens to me sometimes i’ve been consistently going for about 4 years now. what i do to help me get spark back is 1) either push through and go anyways or 2) take a break week where i do other activities like tennis, hiking, yoga, running, etc. sometimes taking it easy and taking a break makes me crave wanting to push myself lifting again. just be patient with yourself, and remember to progressive overload. you got it! good luck!
