at minimum i always tried to get 10k steps a day and i also go to the gym very frequently (i would say at least 5-6 times a week but always listen to YOUR body)! as well as whole foods only with lots of fiber and protein😁

it took me a tiny bit over a year! my diet was really strict for the majority of it and it wasn’t exactly sane 😭 i would recommend trying 1450 cal/day. please be very careful if you are doing this while also working out everyday, it’s so important to listen to your body or else it won’t work!! you got this and best of luck :)))
