at minimum i always tried to get 10k steps a day and i also go to the gym very frequently (i would say at least 5-6 times a week but always listen to YOUR body)! as well as whole foods only with lots of fiber and protein๐Ÿ˜

I have officially lost 20, just weighed in. (Not trying to be competitive just sharing more good news/motivation for others!)

it took me a tiny bit over a year! my diet was really strict for the majority of it and it wasnโ€™t exactly sane ๐Ÿ˜ญ i would recommend trying 1450 cal/day. please be very careful if you are doing this while also working out everyday, itโ€™s so important to listen to your body or else it wonโ€™t work!! you got this and best of luck :)))

it depends on your height/weight/activity level for how much you should eat
