
ok im vegan so i dont really know anything about meat but my boyfriend is quite picky so here’s some things we do Carbs: rice is the main, boiled potatoes, air fried potato fries, pasta- the protein+ from barilka is higher protein but doesn’t have a strong taste like chickpea or lentil pasta Fats- nuts, olive/avo oil, avo if you like it Protein- I like baked/air fried tofu, making seitan into balls and eating them like pretzel bites, when I’m really lazy I’ll make a vurger patty or
‘Bratwurst’ in the air frier. If you can find a way to like nutritional yeast- which has a cheesy flavor- especially good in sauces it can help a lot with B vitamins. Also find a few safe or preferred veg to snack on. My boyfriend has likes and ok vegetables so I’ll try and focus on the likes but incorprorate the oks. I often make broccoli with gochujung and he also likes edamame. The other veg he likes I don’t like 😭. His ‘ok’ veg include things like bok choy which I add when I need variety.
