does anyone else eat like 75% of their daily calories right before bed? i'm still technically in a deficit (barely... im short lol) but most of them are right before bed so i feel like im training myself to binge eat🥴
i could move some of my calories to be eaten earlier in the day but then if i don't eat a lot before bed i can't sleep / i don't feel satisfied at the end of the day😭

Yeah exactly…busy all day but also kind of trying to save 800+ calories for the last meal of the day so I can feel satisfied…idk if it’s good or not

I def save the bulk of my calories for my dinner and night time snack to prevent late night munchies from ruining my deficit

Same. I can’t sleep unless I got a full belly. And if I wait too long, then I get munchies
