Ma’am you need professional help. You’re underweight and do 3 hours of walking if not jogging/running every single day and don’t even eat???? You NEED professional help ASAP!!!! This is not ok and sooo unhealthy

I Do it every day, Sometimes I do 3 hours, but then my treadmill turns off for safety, I’m just hard on myself. I just still feel like it’s not a good numbers.

Look at the pace. If her HR is that high but the pace is that slow she’s walking or near walking for almost 3 hours so she’s fairly heavy yet. And that’s fine. I mean 3 hours a day is stupid but it’s basically walking so, go for it. I’m more concerned with the 155hr for 3 hours. You’re gonna have a heart attack. The calories are Apples estimate. That’s not real.

I struggle with an eating disorder so it’s hard to get myself to try to eat most days so I have a hard time with calories and numbers
