Steep calorie deficit, calculate your TDEE and subtract 500-600, eating with a ratio of 20% fat, 40% protein, and 40% carbs…then begin a strength training and cardio program that fits your goals. Build as much muscle as possible and be consistent with your diet, then slowly bring your calories back up to stay at a sustainable maintenance weight.
