body recomposition. you gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. it works best if you haven't lifted before or not for long. basically just lift weights (google "hypertrophy program" and do those exercises with heavy-for-you weights to failure) and eat like normal (maybe a little more but no need to track it if you don't want to, just follow your hunger cues). this is a slow process because muscle-building is hard. think months, not weeks if you have questions feel free to dm me!
