I got mine off of Amazon and yes they work. It is only temporary though, I would wear it 4-6 hours a day and noticed a huge difference but I would stop for a day or two and I would go back to normal. Also if you work out consistently wearing a waist trainer weakens your core strength a lot so that sucks

Also don’t wash it with your clothes because mine makes my clothes smell funny
