I want big biceps and strong upper body but I swear I’ve made such little progress on my upper body since I’ve started at the gym. The weights are going up but I haven’t noticed a difference in how i look

tbh it’s difficult to see progress when we see ourselves every day i would take progress pictures that’s the best way to see results
