The best thing I learned, and I know how basic it sounds, but the motivation will never be enough to push you, it’s consistency that does. That mean even when you’re tired, it’s raining, your busy, you know you’ll make the time to do it no matter how much you don’t want to. It SUCKS but you just have to do it, that’s the only way to end the cycle
i’d get it done first thing in the morning. starting ur day off with movement sets a rlly good mood for the rest of the day and you’ll feel good that u got it out of the way. throughout the day get some steps in to help stay active! walking before and after meals helps with digestion and bloating
