genuinely wanna be prepared for when my progress starts to plateau at the gym (i’ve been going for almost 3 months) what are somethings that got u through it?? i don’t wanna get unmotivated so i wanna be ahead of it
switching up ur split and workouts helps, go heavier in EVERYTHING in ur lifts by at least 5lbs. also make sure ur getting enough protein in! not eating enough def shows in the gym
