I've been feeling weak and tired all the time and want to start getting healthier. Does anyone have recommendations for at home exercises or staying motivated? I also have chronic wrist problems so I'm scared of trying arm workouts or buying weights

walk in the sun if you can! even if its just 10-15 minutes. whatever you can do! listen to your body and go slow/rest if you need to. take deep breaths to get the fresh air flowing through you. you dont need weights if youre just getting started. walking usually helps people stay consistent to start, and building consistency is key! good luck!!

I have joint issues and honestly even yoga makes my muscles sore but it’s easy on joints
