Start with a simple goal, like do you want to focus on abs and core, strengthen legs etc. Than I would say look at Pinterest and assemble a couple exercises that work out the desired area

i personally started out by just making a list of workouts that target each muscle group and googling form for all of them

also don’t look at the weights for each of them😭 this list is from forever ago
