Does anyone have any useful tips for someone who wants to start running? I’ve never ran sustainably and it’s kinda intimidating

Just start off light and easy. Don’t over do it when you first start as it’s easy to develop shin splints. Focus on things like tibialis raises, sled pulls, and various stretches for legs to ensure your calves and knee joints become flexible and strong enough to handle the impact of running. For actual running just start doing whatever is comfortable and be consistent and you will gradually get better over time

Thank you!! I think the place where I always go wrong is doing too much too fast so I’m gonna really try and keep this advice in mind
