I go to the gym 5 days a week, cardio and weight lifting all 5 days, I calorie track (in a deficit and hit protein goal) everyday and I still cry everytime I see a mirror. I’m so tired

It’s the damn mirror literally everyone hates themselves you cannot look at it just focus on feeling strong. You will never be “skinny enough” or “pretty enough” or “curvy enough” or any of these things because nothing is ever good enough. Just feel the things your body can do, lifting the weights, walking/running, just moving. Strong comes in so many forms, your body is not good or bad for looking any particular way. We got this girly

maybe cut a day off of lifting or maybe 2? spend a few days eating above maintenance you might be over stressing your body

the fact that its the mirror is so real. in my house we never had big mirrors, just one that showed your face and shoulders. i had severe body dysmorphia cause i never saw what my entire body looked like in proportion to itself. i thought my legs were so fat (spoiler: i was under weight)
