Is it possible for me to see drastic change in my appearance within two months of working out? High cal, high protein, creatine diet

If you eat relatively clean as in lots of lean protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs I think it’s possible

I lost about 5-10 lbs in two months with a mostly clean diet and working out 4-6 times per week. Even though it’s not a lot of weight, because I’m short I think my face has gotten much less puffy. I also now have the start of muscle definition in a few places. Above all else, I feel strong because I can lift way more than when I started and am much more confident
