for calculating TDEE would 10k steps a day, 4 lifting sessions, and 3 runs a week be considered light, moderate, or heavy exercise?

okay so basically tdee calcs are so inaccurate and only an estimate so honestly its best not to rlly take those numbers they give u to heart.but i would say rhats alot of activity, moderate/heavy?

ok so im gonna hold u when i say this but theres no way u could ever know how many calories ur body exactly needs to maintain,lose,gain etc thats why those calcs exist to give an “estimate” but even those r super inaccurate im srry
