Anyone have any good weight loss tips? I gained an extra 5-10 lbs and feel kind of discouraged even tho I have been hitting the gym and eating somewhat decent for the past 6 months
focus more on cardio if you want to lose weight faster, and avoid trying to fast because you want to keep your muscle tissue as those cells burn more calories than fat cells

lowkey find an active club at the school. I joined the volleyball club recently (even tho I’ve never played a day in my life lmao) and its lowkey helped with my deficit and is super fun

Definitely try incline walking!! You don’t even have to do it for very long and it’s helped me a lot :)
