How do I lose weight as a 5’1 girl? I didn’t know if you are shorter the harder it is to get toned and lose weight :/

lift weight, do some low intensity cardio daily, stick to a diet that’s at a caloric deficit from your maintenance

calorie deficit, lift weights and slowly go more heavy and making sure ur using correct form, and at least 30 min of cardio 3x a week or more

The only answer is caloric deficit, so keep strong with your diet. Use RP diet or macrofactor to track. Easy ways to up the amount of calories you burn is going for a 10 minute walk after every meal. It’s great for your digestion as well. The more you move, the more you can eat in a deficit

Ya this fs. I try to get at least 10,000 steps a day and it doesn’t have to be anything crazy just go on a few short walks throughout ur day
