only way to lose weight is a calorie deficit
lift weight, do some low intensity cardio daily, stick to a diet that’s at a caloric deficit from your maintenance
calorie deficit, lift weights and slowly go more heavy and making sure ur using correct form, and at least 30 min of cardio 3x a week or more
if you have a hard time with consistency, maybe go with a friend or partner
Ya this fs. I try to get at least 10,000 steps a day and it doesn’t have to be anything crazy just go on a few short walks throughout ur day
