Gym 5 times a week and then incline walk + abs on rest days

They’re killing their efficiency to build muscle. They will not see as much much muscle growth if they choose to take a rest day

3x technically. Unless practice involved weights it’s usually just 3

I go 7 days a week but I wanna say that 99% ppl shouldn’t do it. I do it cause:
-I’m training to compete and have been lifting for many years
-I’m on gear
-I have a split specifically designed to manage training on a daily basis
