could be how u engage ur back muscles while doin other exercises

Imo your traps look fine its really the lats. Id always start sessions with your lats, increase lat volume by like 25%, and decrease volume for your strongpoints a little

Single arm lat pulldown on cables. Been doing them for years and it has built my lats especially lower crazy.

Single arm lat pull downs, isolateral movements help fix any imbalances. When pulling on any movement make sure your pulling with your back not so much you arms doing most of the work! Looking good, you got this!

isolate each side, start with ur weaker side and slow and controlled reps. ur rhomboids and traps are solid just spam rear delts and lats tbh
