Here’s a little advice. Chicks our age could gaf less about how in shape we are. Most of them eat like junk and don’t workout anyways. They’ll go for some puffy haired twink or a frat guy with a total dad bod. If you want to reap the benefits of your hard word, cougars are the move.

It’s not that difficult actually. They’ve mentally matured and moved passed all the bs we have to put up with when it comes to girls our age. But with that being said, you gotta be mature yourself. Understand you’re talking to someone who’s in their 30s or 40s and act accordingly. Be yourself, charming, and simply be that thing that reminds them of their past/what they don’t have anymore. Other than that it’ll all work out well on its own. No middle aged women goes to a bar alone to pass time.
