Just had a guy in the gym compliment me and said I had his dream build. Then after I had a group of girls start copying my exact workout. I’ve never had this much acknowledgement before idk what to do with myself
7 days of lifting following a modified Pull-Push-Legs-Upper-Legs-Upper-Legs with the last UL being light/active, 5 days of running for marathon training, I’m starting to add bike rides sporadically for IM 70.3 training, and I’m gonna need to add swimming soon also for IM 70.3
