Dude just start. It took me 3 months to completely rebuild what I had lost. Not saying your experience will be the same, but you’ll be surprised how quickly it comes back. You’ve gotta start somewhere. It’s not gonna be easy at first but the habit kicks in way quicker than it did the first time around
I started at 245 and ended up 190. Tore a ligament in my hand and ended up dropping to 150 and addicted to my prescriptions. One day I was in bed and I said "yk what? if I die tomorrow then I died representing nothing I value" and that shit hit hard. Got back up to 190 recently and am back to squatting 360 for reps.
