got back in the gym after 6 months & my gym does an intro session w a trainer for all new members & he asked me why I stopped coming so I had to embarrassingly admit that I was afraid of running into a guy there I had been dating who ghosted me 🙃

but he immediately got super protective and asked me if I was comfortable discussing the situation, if it was a question of safety, if they wanted me to do anything about him, etc so while it’s just my embarrassment and anxiety with this particular issue, I feel safer knowing that if anything does happen with anyone, my gym is gonna look out for me 🥹
