I’ve (F24) working out 3-4x a week pretty much every week and I’ve seen some physical changes here and there. My grip strength and lower body are crazy strong but general upper body strength is lacking hard. Any advice?

Lift heavy weights on upper body movements. There’s no secret or shortcut.
