i hate cardio so much. if i walk a mile every time i go to the gym (4-5x/week), then do around an hour of weight training with a better diet, will that be enough to help me lose weight?

If you are eating less calories than you burn you will lose weight.

I go gym for 1 hour, run for 30min to an hour and i'm ripped

Completely depends on your calorie intake. Find out you maintenance calories with an online calorie calculator and then eat less than that or around that with good exercise like you said.

i am a guy and i walk 4-5 miles everyday, i was losing 2-3 pounds on avg and i know you don’t like walking but you gotta do it. maybe find a trail or something near you and go on walk there.

yeah i actually live about 3 min from a nature preserve that i like to go to. the only issue is that its still only ~1 mile long, and the area i live is getting an awful heatwave, where even the mornings are around 75-80°. maybe after this heat wave passed i’ll start taking my walks there

basically but also if you add more walking or any form of cardio you can lose more in a week
