happens alot, u should be proud u went for it. cant go anywhere without pushing yourself an no one gets stronger without pushing their limits. i wouldnt feel bad at all promise. just make sure you set yourself up to fail in a safe way and catch yourself, because you dont wanna push limits without safety in mind
take some time to let the adrenaline go through you. good on you for using safeties so you didn't get hurt. it'll be okay if it makes you feel better one time i almost dropped a dumbbell over a railing to the first floor because i failed a standing tricep exercise and a random gymgoer came in and rescued me
thank you!! and hey the railing could always be worse, I saw a guy literally fall over the railing. like I am in a warehouse-turned-gym so the bay doors have these ropey wires across them to stop you from falling and a guy literally fell all the way over it and lowkey ate shit on the gravel outside
