
In the most respectful way possible, you do not eat very much food. You may feel like you do, but thatโs just not how the human body works. Calorie counting is the only truly consistent way to ensure youโre in a surplus. Buy a food scale, download cronometer, and track everything that enters your body. If youโre too full, eat foods that are more palatable. I donโt have a particularly strong appetite either, so I get a good amount of my carbs from ice cream.
