Add calorie dense foods to ur diet. For example, nuts, nut butter, dried fruit, cheese, oils.

do you feel ok? maybe you wanna get your blood levels checked ๐Ÿ˜ญ but if you feel fine, then clean bulk with protein + cal dense fats like hummus, avocado, peanut butter! snack all day too and eat even youre not super hungry

i also once accidentally gained like 10lbs from having trail mix daily for a semester ๐Ÿ˜ญ nuts are insanely calorie dense, a handful is like several hundred cals

No but bulking my advice is DO NOT dirty bulk but calorie dense food like dates stuff like that again this may be much different Iโ€™m around 5โ€™3 and bulked from 110 to 130

In the most respectful way possible, you do not eat very much food. You may feel like you do, but thatโ€™s just not how the human body works. Calorie counting is the only truly consistent way to ensure youโ€™re in a surplus. Buy a food scale, download cronometer, and track everything that enters your body. If youโ€™re too full, eat foods that are more palatable. I donโ€™t have a particularly strong appetite either, so I get a good amount of my carbs from ice cream.
