Lower the weight and hit full depth, it'll be a much better stimulus

I started at 3 and went up by 45 until I got here I promise you this isnt off of fresh legs 😭😭

I STARTED with 3 plates and prior to this did hack squat I’m very aware this isn’t full depth but I’m not on fresh legs my legs are also damn near touching my stomach

So you get tired and you lower the ROM instead of the weight? That's a choice

We’re not training for body building though let me apologize for athletic purposes sometimes we train like this my bad but I appreciate your input you are correct
