What’s a good calorie tracking app? I’m the heaviest (~380 lbs) I’ve been and other methods (Ozempic mostly) didn’t help me keep my weight off and I’m too young to be on that full time. I’d rather not pay but if it’s reasonable I can bite the bullet.

i’m using the free version of my fitness pal, you have to type to find everything but it’s not bad and pretty accurate. if u also go out to like chipotle or something they have their recipes on there u can add for accuracy too.

i honestly really like mfp too! i don’t pay for the subscription so it’s a littleeee lacking, but it tells you macros, calories, and estimates cals burned from activities you log & counts ur steps so it definitely gets the job done

I’ll take a look these all, does anyone have any workouts that I could do, I’ve been spamming 8-10 incline at 2 speed for an hour and I’m working up to 3 speed at the same incline. I’ve heard it helps with weight loss, besides a calorie deficit of course.

Best exercise for weight loss is just boatloads of cardio, but diet is the biggest factor. A hour lifting session (cardio is a bit better) with weights is like 3 Oreos worth of calories.
