I can only do 3 sets per leg for BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT before I’m absolutely tired, anyone else?

I got about two sets in me before I don’t even want to finish the rest of my workout. It completely gasses me out

I left the gym yesterday after 1 set per side and I still had pull-ups and dips lol

I just took it out my routine and did weighted lunges instead

That’s a great idea. Might also try to switch out dumbbells and try a barbell BSS and see if it makes a difference

Out of curiousity did you notice any major carryover from BSS to your other lifts?

Barbell BSS are good if you can balance easier with them as opposed to dumbbells. There was no real carryover I did have more energy for my other exercises.
