It is absolutely good to let loose every once in a while. Burnout is real and life exists outside the gym, so make sure to enjoy it. A day of cinnamon rolls, pasta, and brownies won’t undo your progress, as long as you lock back in after. You have a healthy mindset and I’m glad to see it :)
