What is the best way to approach a girl in the gym that has the lowest chance of making her uncomfortable? Lifts at the same times that I do so i see her like 6 times a week

eye contact and smile see if she smiles back! if she does go say hi and just like introduce yourself “hi i’m - and i just wanted to introduce myself” if she’s responding like she’s into it you can throw a “what are you hitting today” and then if yall r still chillin you can either hit a “enjoy your workout” or a “hey can i get your number maybe we can get lunch sometime” or something

Thanks, my biggest worry is that I’m gonna look intimidating. I’ve been lifting for quite a while but haven’t really ever cold approached a gym girl
