no one is there to hold ur hand bro… it’s you vs you.. lock in, eat clean, train to failure.. cancel out the noise.

Ego lifting is a genuine problem, especially if you don’t think it applies to get. Get your form *perfect*, and only then are you allowed to say a lift is too light
