Honest question: I’ve been going to the gym consistently about four or five times a week for two years after college, and I got back into good shape. I’m 175 I’m pretty fit, I take creatine, protein shakes, and try to eat clean enough during the week.

I can’t seem to get over the hump though and add that extra 10 to 15 pounds of muscle. I’m looking for. Does anyone have any tips? Any supplements? Any routine adjustments?

What’s your rest time between sets? If it’s short, increase rest time so you can build greater strength. This will, in turn, allow you to lift heavier weights which will add more muscle mass in the long run.
