Alright. I’m skinny and I really wanna just bulk up a bit, nothing too crazy tbh. I also love running a lot… which doesn’t help alongside my fast metabolism. Any advice?

Eat more. Weigh yourself in the morning before you eat. If you don’t see the change on the scale/mirror, then eat more.
