Also I don’t cook things in fish oil, I just take it before sleep and when I wake up.

Pray this helps but I found when I really sorted which veggies my body’s enzymes could and couldn’t break down it helped my mental health immensely. For instance: most corn (as we see it now), broccoli, and lemons did not come to be as a result of natural evolution, thus humans created them through hybridization and VERY few people have the enzymes to break them down without the chemical process slowly creating build up of the excess chain molecules. Had to fast on and off for years.

Right now it’s roughly 60% beef (usually a $20-$30 roast I carve up and cook over the course of just shy of a week. Basmati (for some reason I digest this rice better than others) rice w/ butter and seasoning ($3ish per pack) Coffee, redbull, the refrigerated kind of cranberry juice (anti-oxidants are 🤌) And an immense amount of fresh organic eggs with pico de gallo. (Spelling?) And carnivore protein rather than whey. Can’t stress how much better that’s been for my mood. Something about

Soy/Whey messes with my hormones in a way that puts my emotions all over the chart. Switching to carnivore protein after work outs or when I need a boost mid day has made a huge difference battling depression.

I avoid vegetable oil now diligently. I figure I am not a plant. Plant lipids don’t seem to insulate my brain well. Butter, beef tallow, fish oil (organic wild caught, not like… they tortured the fish in a farm kind) made my sleep so much better.
