Girls do yall also have that week in ur cycle where u have 0 energy no matter what. I’m at the gym rn and just stopped half way thru my workout cuz it feels like it’s taking SO much more effort than usual like it’s so hard to push thru and get motivation

Nothing wrong with cutting a workout short for any reason, half a workout is better than none of a workout. It's better to go home early and come back next time than to get burnt out and never go to the gym again.
